Preformance Competition

The performance competition allows both solo cosplayers and groups, and you will have up to 5 minutes at your disposal to put on a fantastic show. Song, dance, tragedy, comedy or parody, all are allowed here. This show will be performed on stage, in front of an audience and our esteemed judges, and in the end a winner and a runner up will be chosen.

For the performance you will have the option to use microphones and there will be a large screen behind you to help elevate your show. If you need anything else on stage, feel free to mention it in the tech form you receive after signing up, and we will do our best to make it happen.

After signing up for the competition you will receive an e-mail with a tech form to fill out, and instructions on how and when to send us the file for your performance.

General Rules

We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant who fails to follow the set rules.

• Both costume(s) and performance must be PG13

• You have up to 5 minutes on stage

• All cosplays and characters are allowed

• You’re only allowed to send in 1 file for your performance

• This means that if you want both visuals (video or pictures) AND sound in your performance, this needs to be edited and saved as a single video file

• All material and files requested upon sign-up must be submitted to us before the deadline

• Have fun and be kind to your fellow contestants

• Story and presentation in the performance

• Stage presence

• Interaction with props and/or other characters on stage
